how do you tell if a chick will be a frizzle?

my chicks are about 3 weeks old (bantam cochins) and couple of them are feathering quite a bit differently than the others. i ordered the assortment so i don't know if i got any frizzles or not. the chicks feathers seem to be curling away from their bodies instead of laying flat. they are also feathering slower. is that normal for a frizzle?

The ones with the out turned feathers are frizzles.
