How do you use the "print screen" Button

It depends on the puter and the software....

For me it's (SHIFT + PRNT SCRN) then go to an e-mail, word document, powerpoint, or paint program-(richt click->Paste)

I don't like to use the function much because it take THE WHOLE SCREEN....I Like "Snag-IT"...it will take only the window you want to use.

for me it's Print Screen button, then clicking on the work space of where ever.. email, paint etc... and select "Ctrl" and "v" at the same time, for paste.

I have a finger. I click on it and outline what I want to print, then click printer. Everyone should have The Finger.

try pressing and holding the Ctrl key and then press the p key at the same time. Works great for me.
