my chicken wont lay eggs and never did when i first got her

I took a look at your pic of daisy.

My prognosis (without seeing up close) that this was a bird that did some serious production at one time: note the cut beak growing back. It may be old, burned out, or you may live in a place where the daylight hasn't pushed her to start to lay. If she doesn't lay in the next month she never willl.
this is assuming that the diet is appropriate with 16% or more protein
