You have to behave for a month before they let you go play ping-pong. If you're good for a whole year they let you play with darts. Nobody has ever kept admission to the dart room for longer than 5 minutes.
(I think thats how they reduce the population in here)

Hey CARS, I just saw where you were from. My dh's uncle was a minister in Comfrey for years. His former church was destroyed in the tornado that got most of Comfrey. How do you like it there?

Hey CARS, I just saw where you were from. My dh's uncle was a minister in Comfrey for years. His former church was destroyed in the tornado that got most of Comfrey. How do you like it there?

Which one, the tornado took out 3 of the 4 churches

I graduated from Comfrey in'90, moved away, and vowed never to come back to this little town. I guess you always come back to where you are comfortable even if you didn't realize it for your first 18 years.

The town welcomed me back and small city programs that actually helped me start my business and gave me great financing to boot. Now I am on the Fire Dept, a county leadership board and the president of the Comfrey Commercial Club. And to think before I came back just 5 short years ago I punched a clock and lived in the city (not that there is anything wrong with that).

Our farm is technically in St. James MN about 10 miles away but I call Comfrey home.​

CARS, it was uhhh, the Lutheran one, uhhh, uhhh....I know it took out both Lutheran Churches. My dh's uncle is John Matson, and his son is Philip. You might know them; they both live in the Cities now. His church was a small white church with a brick parsonage if I remember correctly. He's been retired for quite awhile now.

I here that the new ELCA church they built to replace the old two is beautiful. I guess with the insurance money from two churches they were able to build one really nice one.
