How does reintroducing a different roo into the flock go?

    I need to get rid of my Roo and look to get another one...i love him but we'll just say he's done enough for me to get rid of him [​IMG]

    Can you introduce another roo ok to the girls? I have 6 girls and 1 bitty right now..thks

    Yes, you can introduce another roo to the flock, but I would do so only after a quarantine period (my min is 30 days).
    He's still going to have to go through the pecking order deal to establish his place.
    As for making this one a keeper, I would start right off showing him that YOU are the dominant one--carry him around periodically & when he fights to get down, keep holding him. Dont put him down until he stops fighting. Sorry & good luck!
