how early can chicks stay outside if it's warm at night?

I live in the desert and summer just started so its in the 105 range during the day and around the 80s at night. Can they go outside at 4 weeks old? Their heat lamp is already too hot for them, as I see them panting often

With those temperatures you could've had them out minus heat at 2 weeks old easily.

Overheating is a real threat so regardless of where they're staying, the heat needs to be off now.

I’m in Texas, I put 27 one week and two weeks old chicks in a coop with open ends, I do turn the heat lamp on at night about 2’ off the ground, they are not hovering under the light like they are too cold, they mill around, and are doing good.
I figure the light will draw in bugs for them to eat?
