How far can a chicken stretch her neck?

Well really far when she is inspecting the 4 day olds for the first time. Picture proof...

This was Sandy (supposedly an Ameraucana but looking like an EE) today at 18 weeks old checking out the new arrivals for the first time. She was really giving them the eye. She is none too pleased with them being here and LOUDLY bawks her disapproval whenever HER child picks one of them up. I can pick up as many as I want, as long as Speckles does not see it.

That'll teach that child to mess with another chicken.

That is cute! I love the coloring on your hen. Does she have green legs...thats what I was told to look for. Green legs =EE I have two Ameraucana turned EE LOL But they are sure sweet hearts! I love them!

Yup big ole green legs and feet....we really do not care cause we luv her too pieces. As you can see, she is not lacking for anything. All our girls are spoiled rotten but this one, the SLW and the Light Brahma are really a mess!
