How hot is too hot for 5 week old guineas?

They are outside in a large 42"dog crate without the tray in the bottom so they can eat grass and bugs. They have water, food, and plenty of grass. Half of the crate has a tarp over it so that there is some shade. They have two roosts. There are 5 guineas in with 3 seven week old chickens. It is 100 degrees outside and they appear to be panting. Should I put ice in their water or cover them completely or add a fan or just let them learn to deal? Thank you!

Mine are outside as well and they are also 5 weeks old this past Saturday. It has been in the 90's here and everything outside if panting. My chickens, turkeys, guineas, bunnies, even the wild birds.

Mine are in a chain link dog kennel with a tarp over the top for shade on half of it, and they are in a cardboard box with wire over the top so they can't get out as they get through the fencing and get into the neighbors fields. I change their water 3 times a day, the same for all the critters. They get fresh water in the morning, noon and around 6 pm. I also put ice in the water, they seem to like it. The turkeys and some chickens will actually get in the water troughs and stand, even acting like birds in a bird bath, fluffing their wings in the cold water. They stand there and then get out, fluff up and seem to feel better.
