How I converted a horse barn into a cool coop!

This is my new coop. The chickens have been in there a few weeks now and seem to love it. I used part of my horse "lean to" or shelter to make a coop and a run. It was easier than I thought to put wood walls onto a steel frame metal building. So check it out and see how we did it.

wanna know what the fancy woodwork is??? Old fence pickets. We had a stack of them laying around. We just cut of the pointed end and used them as siding. Worked great. Then I just water sealed them.

I love it! I love the tunnel. I think it is a great idea and one that I will use to get the chickens around the water trough!
