How I got 100% hatch

I just used some plastic eggs to get my BufOrp broody, to test her.
I put sand inside the plastic eggs so they had weight, and taped them shut, and took her eggs from her and gave her a plastic sand filled easter egg everyday and she past the broody test, I then entrusted her with fertile Marans eggs.
They should hatch today or tomorrow.
The wild shocking pink easter eggs never bothered that Buf hen at all !

Kadin is a cutie! I bet he never forgets Easter hatching with grandma! Congrats on all 10 hatching! Wow even forgot to lockdown! Guess egg freshness and fertility might be more important than the humidity and other exact measures lol.
