How I got Blu Kote off skin! (More specifically, my forehead.)

It was a dark and stormy night.

It was actually a humid, stormy morning.

I went out this morning before school to let the chickens out. One of the hens, Dionne, has had a cut on the base of her comb from another overzealous hen, Peebles. I noticed some small flies on her comb, so I decided to Blu Kote the cut just in case.

I readied myself for this task, fully aware of my white uniform shirt that would be directly adjacent to the unhappy hen.

I grab Dionne, take a deep breath, and apply the Blu Kote.

SUCCESS! I've beat the odds and ended up without a drop of bright purple spatter!

I walk back in the house, and greet my mother.

"What's on your forehead?"

I am wretched. Father, why hast thou forsaken me?

I head to my bathroom and try plain water and a washcloth. No luck.

And then... I spot one of these beauties. Saying a quick prayer, I dampen it and wipe it across my cross to bear for the morning.

IT COMES OFF! I head to school gentian violet- free. A miracle!

Makeup Erasers are said to erase everything, and they're right!
