I just received some eggs that on the shipped box in bold writing said DO NOT X RAY HATCHING EGGS!
Well could this be a reason why eggs wont form an embryo. Out of 18 eggs, I only got two to hatch.
The shipment that I received had no warning label on it.

Yup, X-raying is part of the risks of shipping.

Honestly, I'm not sure how much damage x-raying really would do or how many boxes actually get xrayed. I've never put that warning on any of my boxes and people have had wonderful hatches from them. There are so many factors that go into getting a hatch from shipped eggs, its hard to say why yours didn't work out well.
