Coupon shop! $200.00 for me, for a family of 5, will buy almost 2 months worth of food. Many grocery stores double coupons, stores like CVS, Walgreens and Rite Aid have special promotions where you can get your HBA stuff like toothpaste, toothbrushes, shampoo, deodorant, etc for FREE! Yes... for FREE.

Most of what I buy ends up being free after coupons or rebates.

I have a stockpile like you wouldn't believe. I have 2 freezers that are full and a pantry that is full. I will never need to buy toothbrushes, toothpaste, deodorant, feminine products, soap, etc ever again.

If you want more details on how to shop for FREE or shop with coupons then send me a message. I am more than willing to show you how you can do it too.

Take care,

Tami

I do not have any family members that drive truck, though have had family friends in the past, that drove. Those guys and gals out there are away from their families for days or weeks at a time, bringing the food we eat, clothes we wear, and furniture we sit on, into our states. I really feel for them, right now....paying what they are for diesel fuel.

The difference between New York and Tennessee is 22% on earnings and 50% on cost of living, not quite a millionaire but sure am close...

cost of living between my house in KY and same in LA is 70% less, thats a lot of money

I'll ask my ex if she'd mind a bit less alimony.

Obilo, I don't know how long you have been divorced, but all you can do now is prevail.

My point exactly. The house I have now would have easily been over 1 million in California. And I would never have been able to afford it. I was scraping by making the payments on my little 1300sq ft house in CA. I paid $230,000 for the house we have now. Of course that was 4 years ago and now it's probably worth about $400,000 but again, the same kind of spread in the town I was living in California would be pushing $2 million now.

It's all about what you got and where it is. I have 20 acres out in the middle of nowhere that I paid less than $40,000 for. Within 6 months the land value doubled. And by the time I retire and move out there, it will probably be worth a ton as most people in that area are all splitting their lots down to 5 acres and selling them off. (5 acres is the smallest parcel size allowed by the county)

As kenny rogers use to sing..

"You gotta know when to hold 'em, know when to fold 'em, know when to walk away, know when to run."

That's pretty much the realestate market in a nutshell.

I've been blessed by being in the right place at the right time.

Dude that is equal to $175,000.00 a year, your underwear is silk.

You wouldn't want me to chap my little pink bottom, would you?

I do make a lot, but it sure doesn't seem like it. I pay about 30% in taxes, child support for 3 kids is 40% (and it's not tax-deductible), alimony is another $500 a month. I'd do the math for you, but it would make me cry.

Having a piece of property is hand is thrice (3) over a man that wills his family savings away for a view of a lake,
