Wow, they sound like the perfect chicken!! And pretty, to boot!That's why I'm mostly getting away from having a mixed flock, and going with the Bielefelder's as they are sexable at hatch.
I bought my start as hatching egg's off of ebay from someone there that goes by skywalker. I picked the one there that said buy it now, not one of the one's that people are bidding on.Wow, they sound like the perfect chicken!! And pretty, to boot!
That skywalker got his start for 2 different import year's that Greenfire did, and he ship's his hatching egg's out of Chicago.Has anyone ponied up the bucks for Greenfire Farm's birds? $29 each sounds steep, but I have heard they are very good quality.
