Hello Everyone. Super nice day here today 70F and sunny so I had to let momma and her babies out for some fresh air and sun to help burn off some of their energy.

The mud sucks, but I will just have to keep their feet clean and dry when they go back inside for the night.

13 adults and 10 (thinning to 8 soon) juveniles.

Be careful with those. I have read posting's here on BYC where those door's have come down on the chicken that were laying down or standing in the doorway when the door's closed.

My flock of 3 coturnix hens is doing pretty good. They're due for a substrate change soon. Tomorrow I groceries, so I'm likely gonna get them some stuff, too.

My green cheek conures are officially at 4 eggs. I couldn't be happier!

Yeah, I've read the same. It would be a back up for if I over sleep.

Aloha gang,
Flock is wonderful. Healthy, happy and gave me a few eggs. That is good because they have been pretty stingy the last 1+ months.

Boys are driving me a little nuts. 2 roos, 1 hormonal cockerel and 2 dorks.

Got a little father son action going. Pretty cool yes? ♡

Fosters passed their culture last week and we got the good new yesterday!!!

It's MIL weekend, so busy. I take her and DH to the airport Saturday morning!!! Talk about crossing the finish line! Could not be happier. There were more than a few moments one or all of us had to work at holding it together. But it is done and we can pass the torch.
I'm just hoping I don't burn rubber leaving the airport. lol

That just may happen but lots to do after so I will have to hold off on my soak
I am HOPING to refinish the back decking for the less than 3 days that DH is gone -as a surprise- I don't think the timeline is realistic but I am certainly going to try.
