I mean before putting it under broody how long fertilised eggs can be kept? How old egg can be put under? 10 days or 7 days or 2 weeks?

After about one week their viability decreases significantly. It helps to store them in a cool place with the large ends up.

No, the fridge is too cold. A basement is good.

What time is it in Karachi? It's early morning here.

Turkeys lay 1 egg a day until they get their full clutch of 10 to 17 eggs laid then they began sitting them. If nature dictates that an egg can last 2 weeks or longer until the whole clutch is laid then I would say it is a safe bet they will be fine for two weeks as long as they are not exposed to heat or freezing cold and are turned daily.
