How long after you hear them Chirping till hatch?

I heard chirping before i went to bed last nite, by 4 am i had 3 pips. I just got home from work, at 2 pm i have all 8 wiht small pips. Im on day 20. crossing fingers for 100% hatch on my first try.

I have 1 zipping now...and one starting to pip. WOOHOO...I never had faith in these eggs.. They have been through alot so I am VERRY surprised!! My girl desrves these babies!

I have 6 pipped at home and I won't get there until late tonight. I wonder how many will be hatched by then? I hate missing them hatch!

I'v been waiting for 42 days for some babies for my broody. It's a long story...but YAY she has atleast 1 baby out...I wont get to check again till moring Hoping for the other 3 are out as well.

I heard chirping from my egg last night. I lost track of when it was laid. Reading the above posts gives me a idea! Thank you guys!

I can not wait. We had 13 eggs. This will make the 3rd one that has hatched. I kept track of every 21 days give a day or two and so far 2 has hatched we had to throw 2 away and then this one chirping. Most Amazing job well done sound I have heard!

IMPOSSIBLE!!!! DH and I keep catching each other running into the laundry room to check the incubator. I even took our newborn out there to "let her hear them" and "show her the chickies we got for her." Her response? A noisy fart.

so I heard my first chirp today about 3 hours ago. Showed them to a neighbor an hour ago nothing happening. I walk out a few minutes ago I got 1 chick OUT 1 chick mostly unzipped and a few pips I got a busy night ahead of me. Dry incubation method seems to be doing well. Ill post percentages later.
