How Long Before A Pullet Lays Her Second Egg?

My 20 week old pullet laid her first egg 4 days ago. She laid it around 4:30 in the afternoon. We cooked it for breakfast the next morning and it was a double-yoker. I've been watching for another egg every day since, but nothing. Is this common? I had read they don't like to lay in the evening so may skip a day and then start laying every morning. Even considering that, I should have seen another egg by now.

From what I've read, it takes about a month for their "cycle" to get worked out.
