How long before my Amercaunas & Welsummers start laying?

How long before my Amercaunas & Welsummers start laying? They're about 16 weeks now.

Generally, they lay around 20 weeks. But they are not on a calendar, they start when they start. Once the comb and wattles are bright red and the hens squat when you try to pet them when they stand on the ground, you are almost there.

Generally between 20-24 weeks. Commercial birds typically between 18-20 weeks.
