How long between first pip and hatch?

I had an egg pip yesterday and I have seen no progress. I thought they had another week before they hatch so I was candling them when I found the pip. Aslo do I need to take the turner out?

When did you set them? Date?

There should not be a pip one week early. Did the embryo look developed when you candled? Developing?
