How long can a hen sit on the eggs before they go bad?

Thank you for your help! My brother has a few turkeys he is raising. This year he seems to have one hen that likes to go to each beginning nest and sit. She sits for at least 4 hours (give or take) and then she leaves. Also she doesnt always lay an egg when she does this, she just seems to like to sit and leave. Our question is are these eggs still good?

How long can a hen sit on a "new" nest before the eggs will go bad? That 4 hours of sitting does that begin the incubation of the eggs or not? Thank you again!

The eggs should be fine they wouldnt have started incubating that quickly...
