Should be fine. Moving forward, it's best IMHO to put a broody and her eggs where other birds can't enter her nest, and where she can't end up in the wrong nest. If possible, a floor level nest where you can give her a private broody area for her and her chicks for the first few days is preferable. I blocked off an area that was about 4 x 4, including a nice big double nest. The back door to the nest box opened up to a private broody "run" where she takes her babies out for their first outdoor time. After a few days of this, they are then ready to integrate into the rest of the flock, and into the big run. I'm cautious of their integration into the big run b/c there is a super protective broody in the big run with her 10 chicks.
