How long can they have worms, going on vacation.

I am leaving today for a two week vacation and just found round worms last night on their poo. Can I treat them when I return or do they need to be treated immediately? My chicken sitter won't be able to do any oral administration. Should I wait and do an oral treatment when I return for my seven 13 week old pullets or order something that can be applied to their water for my sitter to administer? At this point none are acting sick. Thanks in advance for the advice!

If it were me, I would wait until I returned so that I could monitor closely.

You can wait and treat once you get back. Unlikely they have a heavy load if you just noticed it, and no one is acting ill/lethargic.
