How long can you store eggs in fridge for eating?

I think I may boil some up too and have some deviled eggs

With fresh eggs you need to let them sit for at least a week before boiling; they will peel much easier.

Oh NO NO NO the fresh Duck eggs I get are being sold for hatching They might ship good if Hard Boiled but I don't think the hatch rate would be good.....

I have stored eggs in the
fridge, for 3 months and I tossed them in the pan
Dh ate em' like a man. LOL
and they were delish i ate them too.
so 3 months i feel would be tops.
I too mark the date of each egg hatched
and use the oldest first..

You guys realize that sometimes eggs are not shipped to the supermarket until they are a month old right? We just have a different take on fresh....

Mine stay on the counter and I don't bother washing or dating them. Why?, you ask...they simply don't last long. I do wash just prior to using. I also have wonderful neighbors that I give my extras to.
