fitzy you seem to be a hardworking sensible individual who is thinking of the future. A true good person. You care! But possibly you have too much time to think about things. [Slow season]I'm getting longer in the tooth and have been through more in my life than a peson should have to and one thing has held true. You will survive, things will be alright. If not you die. You sir are a survivor. When it really comes down to it all you need is your brain. Stop and think about what you want to accomplish and set deadlines. And when those deadlines pass don't look upon it as a failure look back and see how far you've come. I continually set goals for myself and often fall short of THE DEADLINE. But I'm very pickey about doing things the right way, no cobble jobs. I've learned that taking shortcuts always cost you more in money and precious time. I'm glad to hear that your ambitous and not a slacker but you have to allow yourself at least a few minutes a day to reflect on your accomplishments. And above all else spend time with your family and your animals because that is what makes a house a home. Give them all attention and love and it will keep you whole. Stop and smell the manure for just a bit until it puts a knowing smile on your face and then you can finish or move on to the next project. I could fill a 40 by 60 pole building with things I could use in the future, just stop over and look in my garage and sheds. I'm close to retirement and one of the things on my list is to sort and organize everything. I'm not even close to what's known as a hoarder. But I do have some GOOD STUFF! I guess what I'm trying to tell you is to not over do the buying. Please take the time to enjoy your short time here on earth.
