I am new to this whole thing, and this is my first post, so thank you for your help.

How long can eggs stay in the coop and still be ok to eat? I know they will last several months if refrigerated, but I'm concerned as to how long they can keep before we collect them.

Thanks,

Dave

That depends on the weather...and if they are fertile too. A lot of people just keep their eggs right on the counter top until they are ready to cook them. They can last up to two weeks on your counter top without having to worry. But if your having really hot weather above 85 and their is a chance they could be fertile I wouldn't use them past 24 hours old. I'm sure someone else can give you more info too on this.
