How long do I feed poults 30% feed?

How long should I give my poults the 30% starter feed (Purina). And what is my next feed step? First time raising Turks.

Generally 4 weeks or so than you step down in protein to 24-26%. Another 4-6 weeks than step down to around 18-22%.
