That's what I have.
Haven't given any to my birds but the bottle reads 1 oz to 1-1/4 gallons drinking water so I guess dosage depends on how much each bird drinks.

When needed, our Vet Dr has prescribed 'Albendazole' for de-worming our girls. If one of my hens has worms, I need to treat the entire flock, and the instructions are to wait 3 weeks before eating any eggs.
It's a bummer having to discard the eggs for 3 wks, but on the PLUS side... it gives me an opportunity to meet other nearby neighbors and local homesteaders who are selling their farm-fresh organic eggs. I've made several new friends this way.
