how long does it take a hen to lay after she is in a new place and at what ages??

I have 22 week old hens 8 of them hyline no cock (roaster) they are in with around a week and a half and still no egg???

It depends on the bird
When I got my new pullet it took her a month to lay again
It all depends on the individual bird
Not to worry though I'm sure she will be laying before you know it! Best wishes.
