how long does it take to get from pullet to a hen?

ya i go by the year ratio i have 11 pullets one of which is a week and two days old 2 cockerels and one of which is a week and two days old and 3 hens

Well, probably the only place it really matters is in showing, and if its under a year, it shows in the pullet class and if is a year or older it shows in the hen class.
