Well, turned the ducklings loose yesterday to roam the backyard as we havnt seen hide nor hair of a raccoon for months.
They were just biding their time it seems so the white duck was mauled so badly I had to put it down - recipes for four week old ducklings anyone? - and the black Runner duck has a broken wing.
I am about to try taping it with a couple of popsicle sticks for support but how long will it need to stay on for? I cant tell where the break is but I think its both of the double bones in the middle of the wing.
