When is the switch from chick starter to regular laying feed, like the rest if the flock?

I've read different things, but from what I gather my answer would be 16-18 weeks old. Hope this helps and someone please correct me if I'm wrong!

I went to the feed store today with the same question and they told me to keep them on the chick starter until they are 2-3 months old, then switch to "All Purpose" feed, then when you start seeing eggs switch them to layer. They stressed the importance of not feeding layer until you see eggs because it has added calcium that can be harmful to chicks. Hope this helps!!
