thank you guys I think I just went crazy when i saw him try to hatch out sideways and not the top of the egg but he is okay now
also how long can i leave him in the incubator because he is a little weak but dry

Are you not supposed to open the bator so you keep the humidity in? Ive heard it shrink wraps the chicks? Is this before or after they pip?

The longer you keep the incubator open, the more humidity escapes. You need that moisture or the eggs will begin to dry out, especially once they start trying to hatch. All that membrane can dry to the chick if the humidity isn't right
