How long is normal between first and last eggs to hatch in a batch?

How long is normal between first and last eggs to hatch in a batch? We had two chicks hatch and start to hatch out yesterday afternoon on day 21 of a bantam hatch. Nothing seens ti be happening on the other eggs in the batch yet. I am starting to get concerned about them. They all looked alive when candled several days ago.
