how long should button quail take from pip to hatch?

I have 12 button quail eggs and the first one pipped last night around 9 and now almost all of them have pipped but none have started zipping? is this normal?

It can take 24 hours and even longer for chicks to unzip once they pip. Resist the temptation to help them hatch it is something that even experienced incubators cannot do with 100% success and often creates more problems than it solves. Leaving the shell is darwin's first test for a bird.
