How long should crop medication take to work?

I am using metaclopramide and lactulose solutions from avian vet and have done it 3 days now and her crop is still full. She was a lot perkier earlier which is an improvement but now later in the day she seems really quiet. Does anyone have experience with these medications? I am supposed to keep using them until her crop is empty in the morning but is it supposed to take this long?

Is she eating? Drinking? Pooping? Is her crop hard or squishy? Does her breath smell? Is her crop huge or just not emptying? How old is she? What are you feeding?

Drinking and pooping. Breath doesn't smell. 11 years old. Crop is kind of big and squishy. I've been feeding her what she would eat . Scrambled eggs, fruit, lettuce, etc . I offered some food a few minutes ago and she's not interested this time. But she ate scrambled egg this morning
