how long to isolate chicken that seems recovered

my 3 yr old Gold Star became lethargic and had green & yellow runny poo. seemed kind of weak. We have a 4 ft portable wire cage to I put that on a tarp in an extra room downstairs, put some hay down and started nursing her. I washed her bum with warm water and put antibiotic in her water. Spent the last week giving her special healthy treats, hand feeding her.. hubby dug worms for her which she gobbled up. Her comb was terrible dark while she was really sick. Now its almost the normal color and she is talking to me a bit , standing and walking around and eating well. When can I ease her back into her family? I want to make sure the other girls don't get sick.;
