How long to let 'bullying' go on?

If you can put some treats in a seperate area that's not visible from the other treats. For example I have an upstairs coop and downstairs run. The newer girls know I will put treats upstairs for them while the old girls wait downstairs to get their treats. If the old girls knew the new girls were enjoying treats upstairs they would split up and cover both floors. But out of site out of tiny bird mind. There are also two feeding and water stations. Make sure your new group is getting enough to eat and the old gals aren't keeping them away from the feed and water.
