How long to see improvement in sour crop

I took my silkie to the vet yesterday for sour crop. He didn’t think it was impacted but said if she doesn’t improve she would need surgery. He prescribed 1ml of fluconazole everyday and we started it yesterday. She’s barely eating and drinking and has lost body weight. I didn’t notice an improvement at all in her today and her crop was still full and squishy this morning (not large though). How long till you typically see improvement? Maybe I’m being impatient.

It takes about two days to start seeing improvement. But if you don't, the dose may be too low. Consult your vet on this.
