How long until pecking order is established?

Just introduced 3 month old EE pullet into my flock of 2 1/2 month old Australorp X's 3 days ago. I put the dog crate i picked her up in inside the run and left the door open. She eventually came out
and because she is larger than the rest I assumed there would't be much of a problem. The other 5 birds chased her around quite a bit and give a peck here and there. Things have gotten better over the weekend but she is still and outsider with the flock
How long until she is left alone and is part of the flock?

Probably a couple of weeks from my experience. But if she was a lone hen then she may always remain an "outsider." They might not peck and chase anymore but she would be the lowest on the pecking order. Until another new one comes!

The pecking should ease up,but there may always be a seperation.My RSL hens keep together while the 5 EEs stay together.

It's never established. Someone is always going to be wondering if today is the day they can move up one more step. test, test, test, test...... Now? How about now?
