How long will a #50 bag of feed last for 12 laying hens?

I know there's no exact answer but I would like a few guesstaments if anyone feels like chiming in. Let's assume treats are minimal and they won't get to free range that often.
I have 8 hens three still laying eggs in November. They do not free range but have snacks and have consumed fifty pounds of feed in two weeks. It has been colder here for that time. Would that account for this?

Assuming no free range on a productive plot of land, fifty pounds will feed 12 hens 16 days. Quarter pound per bird, ignore roosters unless you have a bunch of them. If you are feeding more than this figure out what else you are feeding besides the hens and fix that.

I have 23 chickens and they are allowed to free range all day and they also have access to their feed inside their coop.

I go through about 50lbs every two weeks.

likewise, but I have 21 and a rooster. so similar numbers for 22 birds.
