How long will it take for my hens to lay?

I have two silkies, one silver laced cochin & one brahma.
They are all 16 weeks
Any clue?

It will feel like forever..............
I have 12 that are 14 weeks and they have a few weeks to go
I finally got tired and got four layers frmo a friend - so nowI have 16 hens, and get two eggs a day.................so sad.................
 
My brahma (large fowl) started laying at 21 weeks.

I have 6 chickens...........not enough............must..........have...........more.
