How long will my eggs last?

How long will my eggs last if I have them just inside, no fridge.

everyday I collect my eggs wash them off with just water then store them in cupboard in cartons. The cupboard is very ventilated it is basically having them on the kitchen bench. Just want to know how long I can keep them here before they are at risk of poisoning my customers?

According to "Barnyard in your Backyard" by Gail Damerow, An egg stored at room temperature ages more in one day, than an egg stored in the refridgerator ages in one week.

They will also age faster because they are washed. I don't have a timeline for you though.

I have kept mine on the counter for up to 2 1/2 weeks. They're fine. It is best if you don't wash them until right before you're ready to use them.
