Thanks so am I. I have 7 chicks now and no pipps at the moment. Sounds like you will have a VERY colorful batch LOL.. I'll get some pictures soonAWESOME!!!!!!Im so excited that u r finally hatching some chicks. What a long wait. I still just have the 2 BLRW chicks so far but I also have 2 Lavender Orpington eggs pipped and the Chocolate Orpington eggs r due in just a few more days so I should also have a very colorful mix. This is my first time hatching the BLRW's and I have to say I am very suprised how colorful those chicks r marked. U gotta add new pics so we can see the newest additions to the brooder. I have never hatched chicks this late in the year b4 but figured if I ordered eggs now they would be raised up and laying already by late spring.![]()

THANKS! I have 12 more eggs and 1 hatching, so hopefully 13 more chickscongratz!!!!!
Well if they're pipped i'd say they are fine.. Leave them, it always took mine half a day, to a day to finally hatch out..Hey everyone, I've been trying, unsuccessfully I sadly add, to incubate eggs for a couple of months. Right now I have Ameraucana eggs that are on day 20. My temp is 99 and humidity is 58% - 62% . Yesterday and today they peeped more in the shell than they seem to be now. It's all I can do not to go put a little hole in the top! Do y'all think they're ok? Somewhere in the distant reaches of my mind, I know I'm at least a day early fretting about it... but still I'm a'frettin! lol What do y'all think?
