We already have 6 girls in their right now and we plan on stretching a chicken tunnel to the second area as a second run

To help Aart out, please give dimensions in feet of the coop and the run, including future run. What breeds of chickens and how many of each sex? Number of ducks too. You show you are in Massachusetts so climate is covered. It sounds like you will be integrating, how many ducks and how many chickens are you thinking about? That should at least get Aart started.

We currently have 6 chickens(hens) 1 bo 1 rir 1 slw and 3 pbr and the coop is 11ftx4ft and the run is 15ftx14ft and the future run is 10ftx10ft and we don’t know how many ducks we would get but we would be willing to make them their own coop but they’d probably share a run with the chicken and they’d all be hens

And how many chickens could we fit

Your coop is your limiting factor here. Going by the generally accepted 4 sq ft/per full sized chicken, your coop at 44 sq ft could handle 11 chickens total, but looking at the pics of your coop which you've posted previously, I'd say you're already at max capacity with the 6 birds you've already got.

I think the coop will be your limiting factor, in winter you will see enough snow and bad weather they will be stuck in the coop a lot. That run area will go days without being used. It will be interesting to see what @aart has to say but I'd probably limit it to ten hens of those breeds or chickens that size. And do any integration in the good weather when all that run space is available.

Personally I'd build a separate coop for the ducks. The reason for that is that you want the chicken coop to be dry and ducks need a lot of water and can make a mess.

What do you mean by max capacity? As im we can’t handle anymore or that there isn’t any space
