How many birds can I fit in this coop/run

I think the coop will be your limiting factor, in winter you will see enough snow and bad weather they will be stuck in the coop a lot. That run area will go days without being used. It will be interesting to see what @aart has to say but I'd probably limit it to ten hens of those breeds or chickens that size. And do any integration in the good weather when all that run space is available.

Personally I'd build a separate coop for the ducks. The reason for that is that you want the chicken coop to be dry and ducks need a lot of water and can make a mess.

Space. If your birds are too crowded they will start hurting each other to say "Get out of my space bubble!", and you might end up with a loss.

Your coop is your limiting factor here. Going by the generally accepted 4 sq ft/per full sized chicken, your coop at 44 sq ft could handle 11 chickens total, but looking at the pics of your coop which you've posted previously, I'd say you're already at max capacity with the 6 birds you've already got.

Agrees totally. 4sqft per bird is minimum IMO, especially in cold climate, based on experience 6-8sqft per bird is better.

Laughed at seeing RR tag me on this, I often reference his article on Space, which is linked in both our signatures. Agrees that ducks are best housed separately.

Another thing I add when asked about space is to keep in mind that integrating new birds is best accomplished with extra and separate but adjacent space both in coop and run.

I'll add that chickens don't like snow, and won't go out in that run space when it's covered in that white stuff. How will you shovel it out, and how often? I got over the whole snow shoveling problem by roofing my run. If you do that, plan on the snow load, so it doesn't collapse.
More space is always better! Ducks and chickens have different needs and are best in separate housing, especially in winter.
