I think you're right on all of them except for the last one I think that one could be a girl.

Thanks for your help. What makes you think the last is a girl? It's confused me with these as the boys all have big combs but some are lighter than others, some have thicker legs than others and some have dark bits on the tops of their legs and feet which I read is a sign of a girl.

Looks like at least 5 boys. Check the legs for tiny syrup tips and usually they have a little bump where the waddles will be. Also combs usually grow faster on Roos. (But you probably already know most of that)

well I just saw the comb, how small and light it is. but some chicks have female features for awhile and then turn out to be a roo. but yeah, I think the last one is a hen.

Ok thanks for the info, at least I know what to look for better. Anything helps as I'm a newbie.

The barred Rocks look like pullets to me. The black bands are pretty wide on all of them. It's the skin at the base of the comb 'blushing' that is making it seem like the combs are pink. The combs themselves are still very yellow. If the Welsummer starts to get solid black feathers on the chest, then it is without a doubt male.

That helps me out a lot, extra info as to what to look for. Thank you. I'm glad people are thinking I have more than 2 girls lol
