How many breeds can you recognize with certainty?

If they are to standard(skin, feet, beak, eyes, feathered, body, stance, size) I would be able to pick out most of them.

When I am really interested in something(addicted) like chickens, I soak up the info I read like a sponge. I don't know why or how I do it, but it is just how I am. I thought for awhile that I would like to be a Poultry Judge, but never proceeded with it.

This trait worked well for me in school till I got bored and tired of it all.

I agree with what other have said about whether it actually looks like the breed.

Some of the breeds are sooooo obvious and hard to mistake if they look the way they are supposed to.... like Japanese bantams, polish, silkies, brabanters, araucana, modern games (clucks on stilts)... I can recognize many many breeds, I haven't figured out how many.

But so many times I see a picture on a "what is it?" thread on BYC and I have absolutely no idea what the bird might be, or might be composed of if it's not typey. I've also very bad at looking at a picture of a chick and determining what breed it is, unless I've raised that particular breed from a chick myself.
