Oh, and I forgot to mention that one of my gold-laced wyandotte hens is broody and has been sitting on 11 fertile eggs since the 6th. Who knows what will happen there. Hopefully I'll get at least one or two chicks out that.

Okay, math now . . . . 34 chickens, 5 quail, and 3 guinea, so a total of 44 . . . . oh holy cow . . . . that is the first time I have added them up . . . . . . have I mentioned I got the first ones in Feb?? And was only gonna have like, 4?

I was only planning to have just 3 or 5, hen only. But 18 months later I have 18 hens + 2 roosters, and 20 + 1 day old chicks{still hatching under MOMS} Plus 10 more to hatch in 4 days. Thats crazy. Just doubled my flockin today. Maybe tripled it.

I only have room for 3 or 4. Have 3 right now. They are some type of Israeli chickens. Probably mixed breed. Tthey all look different and I love them!
