It's a hard thing to do the first time, but I would butcher and eat the extra roos. If you can get comfortable with this and want to go that route, you can post some questions on the meat bird forum about the when and how of doing so . . . and even how to cope with the emotional side.

Thank you all for your input! Now for the million dollar question…what to do with 4 or 5 cockerels I only have 9 hens so keeping more than one roo is not an option.
